What is Performer Mindset coaching?

Mindfulness coaching is a type of coaching that focuses on helping individuals to become more present, aware and conscious in their lives. It is based on the concept of mindfulness, which is the practice of paying attention to one's thoughts, feelings and sensations in the present moment without judgment. Through this practice, people can become more aware of their automatic reactions and patterns, and make conscious choices about how they interact with their environment.

Mindfulness coaching teaches individuals to observe their thoughts without judgment or attachment, so they can gain insight into their behavior and develop a healthier approach to life. Mindfulness coaching can help individuals who are struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues. It encourages them to become aware of their thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations in the present moment.
